These children’s engineer’s caps were just what I needed. Low cost with reasonable SUPER FAST shipping, for a group of children to wear for our end of the school year program. They are very thin and there were lots of threads hanging, but I got what I needed for a price that was cheap. Clipped the threads and they were fine. If you want a very nice hat skip these…these are what you would expect from Oriental Trading or a party store. Thanks so much!
